Having been the first time ordering a headstone we were unsure of the process and the amount of involvement and detail that we could have in the finished product. Having looked at numerous other headstones in local graveyards, Rooney’s were by far the most professionally finished from details in the joints when fitted to the precise and exact cutting of artificial grass to name a few.
We dealt with Damien who was professional, experienced, patient and honest in what we were asking for and in what could be done. From showing the headstones in the show room and then to the local graveyard to see the headstones in natural light it was clear from the very start that client satisfaction was important and priority. Damien kept constant contact through email and phone calls making sure we were 100% involved in the process.
